We use basic ingredients of butter, sugar, cream, and corn syrup. Additional ingredients are added depending on the flavour of caramels we are making.

Made Fresh - Best Enjoyed Before Date
At Caramel by Cali we make our handcrafted caramel in small batches.

We make our caramels on demand in order to provide you with a fresh, high quality product. You should order/purchase our caramels as close as possible to the date you plan to eat them or gift them, since we do not use preservatives; they have a limited shelf life. (approximately 4 to 5 weeks).

We encourage you to enjoy them before the 'best enjoyed before' date on the label. If you want to keep them past this date, you should refrigerate or freeze them to preserve them. They will last for months when refrigerated or frozen.

Storing Our Caramels
​
Making caramel is a process of removing moisture, and when it comes back into the mix, through humidity, that can cause graininess to occur. Therefore, to ensure freshness and to enjoy them the longest, they should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct heat and sunlight.

Gluten Free
Most of our caramel flavours are gluten-free.
