Freshly Made for You

 

At Caramel by Cali we make our handcrafted caramel in small batches in order to produce high quality products.

We make our caramels on demand in order to maintain freshness and quality.

Our Ingredients

 

We use basic ingredients of butter, sugar, cream, and corn syrup. Additional ingredients are added depending on the flavour of caramels we are making.

Our packaging includes detailed ingredient labels to ensure you are informed of the product you are purchasing.

Best Enjoyed Before Date

​

Our labels indicate a "best enjoyed before" date as we do not pack our caramels full of preservatives hence this date is our suggestion for you to finish them while they are at their freshest. However, they can be enjoyed long after this date depending on how you store them. 

 

Storing Our Caramels

​

Making caramel is a process of removing moisture, and when it comes back into the mix, through humidity, that can cause graininess to occur. Therefore, to ensure freshness and to enjoy them the longest, they should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct heat and sunlight (we suggest refrigerated as this helps preserve their freshness). They can also be frozen - just bring them back to room temperature before enjoying them.

Most of our caramel flavours are gluten-free.
